Our September 19 Oktoberfest show at Prost Highlands Ranch took an unexpected turn just three songs in when a storm rolled across the patio. We quickly unplugged and covered the gear as thunder, lightning, and a long downpour sent everyone inside.

About 50 minutes later, the rain eased, the band reset, and the music picked right back up. So many people stayed through the break and joined us for the rest of the evening. We took requests, played all three sets, and loved seeing the little kids dancing and reacting to the live music up close. The energy after the storm made this one of our favorite shows of the year.

Thank you to Prost Highlands Ranch for inviting us to be part of Oktoberfest, to the friendly staff for looking after everyone, and to the music lovers who stuck with us through the rain. We cannot wait to see you again in 2027.
