Aftershock returned to The Platte River Bar & Grill on Saturday, August 1, for an afternoon filled with live rock, great conversations, and plenty of Colorado sunshine.

A big thank you goes to The Platte and Local Sounds Online for having us out and supporting live local music. The attentive staff kept everything running smoothly throughout the day and made the band feel welcome from load-in through the final song.

We also want to thank everyone who spent part of their afternoon with us. It was great meeting so many music lovers who stopped to chat between sets, shared stories about their favorite songs, and stayed to watch most—or even all—of the show. That kind of support and enthusiasm makes every performance more memorable.

With Colorado celebrating its 150th anniversary, it was especially fitting to spend the afternoon playing rock and roll for a local crowd at one of Littleton’s favorite outdoor gathering spots.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a great experience. Aftershock had a blast rocking The Platte, and we look forward to doing it again in September!
